The Steris project consisted of a Portal Framed Warehouse unit of approximately 1,912 square meters together with associated services, dock levellers, access doors, pump house of approximately 34 square meters, mass concrete overground bunker unit (Approx. 950 metres cubed of concrete) to house the specialist equipment.
Additionally, a link building of approximately 64 square meters was built. External works will include all relevant and associated site development works to include drainage, water services, attenuation, interceptors, fencing, hard and soft landscaping, signage and markings.
